RETURNS
​Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once they have been delivered. We kindly ask our customers to purchase only the quantity needed. If you have any unused or unopened products, we encourage you to donate them to your local veterinary clinics to assist other cat owners in need.

REFUNDS
​We are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition. If you receive products that are damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement for damaged items:
Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

Once your claim is approved, we will process your replacement will be sent out within 24 hours.
Please note:
Replacements are provided for products damaged during shipping.
No refunds are issued for used, opened, or damaged products.
