You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any items purchased from BASMI FIP™. Vials and capsules must be stored in a cool shaded area, away from sunlight.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we received your items, we will inspect them and notify you with 48 hours if a refund is approved or denied. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. We can not refund cash for credit payments.
We charge a 500 php fee to cover restocking fees. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping cost and payment transactions fee are not refundable.
We will deny refund for items are damaged, opened or not in resellable condition. If you have such items, please do not return to us. Donate them to local veterinarians or animal clinics so the treatment may help others.
You will be responsible the shipping costs for returning your items back to our warehouse.
Refund process takes approximately a few days if we have not shipped out your order or a few weeks depending on how quickly your return the order back to us. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, we can only provide you the refund after we have received your returned order. If you choose to not follow our refund protocol, and choose to dispute your payment with PayPal, the credit card company, your bank or any other payment services, we will not refund your payment if we win the dispute. It takes a lot manpower and hours to answer a payment dispute case. We would rather use that time help other cat owners save their cats. Your payment to us will be used toward paying for the fees of answering your dispute case.
